April 2024 – During the winter months I have been working on illustrating a child’s book, something I have always wanted to do. Now that I have teamed up with a friend who is doing a writing course, and a grandchild who has been instrumental in it’s critique, Fantasy Free has been born! This is a 24-page undersea story aimed at 4-8 year olds and will be available to see in my Open Studio during Artweeks. Some of the framed illustrations will be shown in the exhibition.
November 2023 – Greetings cards with a Christmas flavour are available in aid of Church Funds. Available outside my door in Church Lane in fine weather or from my website.
Cards for Ukraine sales update 1 June 2022!
A further £1000 has gone to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal from sales of greetings cards throughout April/May outside my cottage and including Artweeks, A huge thank you to Charlbury and Artweeks visitors for your continued support. In view of the desperate situation in Ukraine this year, I produced a new range of greetings cards, which are available to buy from my online shop. The proceeds from these cards will be sent to Disasters Emergency Committee Ukraine Appeal. I am happy to report that I had a huge local response during February and March this year managed to raise enough to donate £1000 to DEC. Thank you so much Charlbury!
